Boutique Villa is an exclusive luxury residence nestled in a pine forest, just steps away from the sea. It consists of six cottages, where the combination of exotic furnishings and Sicilian design, characterized by lava stone furniture and hand-decorated ceramics, creates a dreamlike environment.

The villa is set up to allow remote work and provides all the comforts for an escape from the usual routine.

Boutique Villa is a villa for completely exclusive use located along the Tyrrhenian coast, consisting of 6 “cottages” immersed in a pine forest overlooking the sea.

The main part of the villa consists of 3 cottages. Inside, you will find two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette and dining area. Externally, in another cottage, there is a spacious kitchen with a sea view.

In the garden, there is also a charming ceramic cottage with an adjacent bathroom and shower, located next to a beautiful terrace with blue volcanic stone tiles, similar to the sea in front of it. It is from here that you can admire splendid sunsets overlooking the Aeolian Islands.

Around the garden, you will find hammocks and sun loungers, with an outdoor lounge at the center where you can relax in the shade of its thatched roof.

The villa has direct access to the beach, a lava stone barbecue, and a wood-fired oven.
