Living Room – Kitchen: A bright space overlooking a balcony with a view of the sea and the Aeolian Islands. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential tools and provides the opportunity to use the aromatic herbs from our garden to enhance your dishes. Relax/Dining Area: Inside the living room, you will find a single bed and an area dedicated to relaxation or dining. Equipped Balcony: Sunbeds, umbrella, barbecue, and dining area, all at your disposal to fully enjoy the view and fresh air. Guest Access: You can freely explore our countryside and place the sunbeds wherever you desire. Children’s games, laundry (shared with other guests), and our aromatic garden are at your disposal to enrich the experience. Nestled among a variety of plants, flowers, and citrus trees, just a short walk from the sea, you’ll find L’Oasi nella Natura: a place of peace and tranquility enriched by a natural pool, created from an ancient stone irrigation system. L’Oasi nella Natura consists of two independent villas. This charming place, only 5 minutes from the sea, is ideal for unwinding and escaping daily stress, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the sea and the atmosphere of the surrounding nature. The house comprises two air-conditioned double bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and oven. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a half bathroom with a toilet and washing machine. The location of the house offers a 180-degree panoramic view of the sea: from the bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room, you can relish in a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Aeolian Islands.

The apartments stand out for a unique design made of ceramics, with all decorations executed by hand, respecting local traditions. Services include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, and air conditioning. The apartment consists of a spacious bathroom entirely made of handmade ceramics with a washing machine, a double bedroom with a view of the main square and the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for one and a half. You will also have access to a large terrace with a view of the sea and the historic center, shared with other guests of Fico d’India Suites Apartments, where you can relax and have barbecue gatherings. We provide all services for children, including a crib, high chair, and toys.

Villa Grimodi is a spacious villa with a swimming pool in the heart of the Nebrodi Park, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, offering a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands’ sea. The structure consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The heart of the villa is a charming cloister with an ancient olive tree, a perfect place to spend the hottest hours of the day. The large windows reveal the external porch, where there is a charming glass and wrought iron table, perfect for breakfasts and lunches with a breathtaking view of the sea and the countryside. On the other side of the villa, the 12-meter pool with sun loungers offers a refreshing retreat. A large gazebo and a dining table complete the area, providing the ideal setting for outdoor meals while listening to the sounds of nature. Villa Grimodi embodies a unique atmosphere, a combination of natural beauty and traditional elements, promising an unforgettable experience during your stay.

Botique Villa – Villa Esposito

Boutique Villa is an exclusive luxury residence nestled in a pine forest, just steps away from the sea. It consists of six cottages, where the combination of exotic furnishings and Sicilian design, characterized by lava stone furniture and hand-decorated ceramics, creates a dreamlike environment. The villa is set up to allow remote work and provides all the comforts for an escape from the usual routine. Boutique Villa is a villa for completely exclusive use located along the Tyrrhenian coast, consisting of 6 “cottages” immersed in a pine forest overlooking the sea. The main part of the villa consists of 3 cottages. Inside, you will find two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette and dining area. Externally, in another cottage, there is a spacious kitchen with a sea view. In the garden, there is also a charming ceramic cottage with an adjacent bathroom and shower, located next to a beautiful terrace with blue volcanic stone tiles, similar to the sea in front of it. It is from here that you can admire splendid sunsets overlooking the Aeolian Islands. Around the garden, you will find hammocks and sun loungers, with an outdoor lounge at the center where you can relax in the shade of its thatched roof. The villa has direct access to the beach, a lava stone barbecue, and a wood-fired oven.

The Fisherman’s Room

The Fisherman’s Room is located directly on the waterfront, just a few steps from the beach. This open space includes a double bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a French bidet. You will have access to a courtyard equipped with a dining table, sun loungers, and a clothesline. The waterfront is just a step away from the house. Next to the room, there is a magnificent bar/restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinners. We are in the center of the village, close to shops, bars, and restaurants, and it is easily accessible even without a car, thanks to the proximity of the station and essential services.

Captain’s Penthouse

Located directly on the promenade, just steps from the beach, the Captain’s Penthouse offers breathtaking views and a feeling of being able to dive directly into the sea from its charming terrace. Property Features: Wi-Fi connection and amenities for remote work Smart TV Games and services for children (crib, high chair, etc.) Fully equipped kitchen Restaurant below the house The accommodation includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with a spacious shower and washing machine, a large living room with a double sofa bed and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with chairs and sun loungers overlooking the sea. Access to the Captain’s Penthouse is independent, located in an old building on the promenade of Caronia. In the center of the village, close to shops, bars, and restaurants, it is easily accessible even without a car, thanks to the proximity of the station and essential services.
